My OH watched the match yesterday - well the first half and shouted through that Man U were winning. I replied that there could be a few long faces on GWD then....worked out well though didn't it!!!

Even though we got stuffed today, I am now sufficiently confident to say that Ipswich are safe in the championship. The only team currently in the bottom 3 who can still catch us on points - Sheff Wed - can only get 54 points, which is what we have now, and we are 11 goals better off than them. Unless something hideous happens, there will be championship footie at Portman Rd again next season.

Yes FA...but do you deserve it??? Check out the table. Over 43 games (so far) we have amassed 54 points and currently sit 13th. Not a great season but we've certainly been better than the teams below us so yes, I do think we deserve it. FA x |

This is the first time I have visited this Thread - shant stay long  Just checking to see if FB has told everyone what a silly boy he was yesterday at the footie clutching his bag of chocky in the heat and it melting all over him A child would know better  Have to say tho that one year on my Birthday my BF took me, as a treat - for him or me to watch Liverpool - awesome experience - the whole event - swaying with the crowd - we were On The Cop  - and seeing what a VAST expanse of lawn they played on ;D |
