Been looking through the back pages on here for a thread about a wild flower ID. I can't remember who started the topic or whether the plant was ID'd in the end. The reason i ask is that i was talking to our wildflower expert at work yesterday and i remembered to ask him what the plant was....and here it is www.english-country-garden.com/flowers/hedge-woundwort.htmSo appologies if it's already been ID'd but better late than never

Got the rest of the week off work as it's my daughters birthday this week and my body clock is set to getting up at 4.15am every day...even weekends and holidays.
Drives me mad sometimes but i get to go out in the garden armed with a strong coffee and smell the night scented stock.

Hope you have a lovely week off and best wishes to your daughter for her B'day. How old?
I know waht you mean about the body clock, I wake at 6am msot mornings even the weekends, annoying sometimes. never been one for lying in, was never allowed when I was younger. My kids never want to get up.
The weather is lovely here today and I hope it carries on. Been sat outside with hubby and a nice cup of tea. First time for ages we have been able to do that. CJ

Yes but she will always be your princess. My youngest is 13 and I love her to bits. Been very lucky not many teenage tantrums, dare say they will happen. Oldest daughter is 26 and she was horrible, but fine now and I have a lovely little grandson who is 3. CJ

Clever you for tracking it down in the end. Yes I remember the thread Andy but cant remember where it was posted. Could it have been in the Purple Club?

I think it was Gardenhammerette's thread, and I think that is what I decided it was as well, but don't think I had a photo. It grows in my garden too. As for your little princess Andy. Mine was 8 yesterday, but she is 30 today, or so it seems She will be your princess for ever. At the age of 58, my father still refers to me as "The wean"
