JW - good luck if you're off to Tesco ;D......I try to avoid the place AND I got the mag somewhere else ;D.......... I just hate it when they say " have you got a club card", I take great pleasure in telling them NO and add I don't like coming here ;D.......works every time ;D. I have a Tesco about 5 minutes drive up the road from me but I'd rather go 20 minutes in the opposite direction to Sainsbury........sorry I'm ranting now , where ever you get the magazine from you won't be disappionted, Pam's garden is LOVELY!!

They also ask, even if you have just a loaf of bread, "Do you want any 'elp with yer packin'" Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh - I will go to the local newsagents - they sell EVERYTHING you could want

Once a month a 'mystery shopper' visits our stores We have to take the customer to the product whether they want us to or not We have to say 'is there anything else I can help you with' We are also supposed to engage customers in conversation so that we can ask if they would like a store card Failure to do the first 2 things will lose 10 points which in turn could affect any bonus I try to serve customers the way I would like to be served
