I went to a GC today and thought just for a bit of fun I'd do a poll to see if you could guess whether I spent or saved my money They had some White Toad Lillies in 5" pots reduced from £3.99 down to £1.99 and I thought Ooooooh bargain ;D While I was having a rummage through to find a good one which I might be able to split I noticed lots of seed heads on some of them too. Ooooooh desicions desicions, what did I do

Chuckles I think you did the first one. If you are anything like me, you'd get the plant with the seeds. Then if your seeds don't germinate, you've got something to work with! ;D If you did buy one, I think you should be proud of yourself for not getting carried away.....

It seems perfectly understandable to me. When you got back to the car you noticed that some of the seeds had stuck to your cardigan!

I voted for the 2nd option soon after you posted, but I am not so sure now. Perhaps you did buy the best plant with the seed heads! I am always paranoid that I will be caught doing anything wrong - I am basically an upright citizen with anarchy bursting to come out. ;D PJ

I am going with the first option, because that is what I would do. I tried to swipe a sead head once and other half clocked me and bellowed across the GC "Sara what are you doing?" Stupid man!! Sara

It was the vision I had of possibly being caught on camera that stopped me, imagine being stopped on the way out and frisked for a few seeds ;D I'm well pleased with my £1.99 purchase It does look like it will split, poor thing is soooooo pot bound and I'll have the challenge of growing from seed as well. Must look them up and find out when and how I had such a laugh reading all your comments, thank for playing
