In your bedroom - ooh Isabella I wouldn't be too keen.
We stopped two wasps nest this year in our shed and one Hornets nest and yet strangely enough I saw very few wasps and hornets this year.

My Mum had an amazing wasp's nest in the honeysuckle by her back door - we didn't see it until it was over 12" high...the council came and sprayed it for us (all the kids, cats and dogs use this door so we thought it wiser) when I trimmed the whole thing back we found the complete nest was built around three stems of the plant so I managed to get it out whole. It's done the rounds of all the classroom at smallest's school and is now sitting in a bag out the back...I dunno why , probably because it's such an amazing structure I feel mean destroying it although I didn't mind destroying the poor old wasps! Does anyone know if it's alright to compost it - I have no idea what chemicals were used by the council...
