While helping OH at work on saturday I spotted a lovely green shrub/climbing plant in a large pot and yes I had to have a cutting or two ;D. Have trimmed them up and stuck them in some compo and course sand, in true Chuckles style Now I'm stuck, the label which I only glanced at said Mimosa g......... It looked like it was some sort of climber by the nature of the stem and branches. But I can't find it anywhere

Hi Miss Chuckles. Hmmmm. That's a toughie since the name Mimosa isn't the Genus. As far as climbers go, could it be ... Mimosa pigra? It is a spiny climber with sensitive leaves and pink flowers? I don't know if it would be commercially available but that's what I could figure out.

There is a Mimosa Cultivar: 'Gaulois Astier'. Is that it?
