hahahaha, some of us have to work for hours every day ;D ;D ;D to earn our precious pennies. I spent so much time on this board yesterday I ended up having to catch with my work when I got home last night at least it took my mind off the thought of someone coming into the house and killing me in my sleep

no, luckily, i set some traps (you think i'm joking!) my partner called me before I went to sleep and when I woke up this morning to ensure I wasn't dead in my bed ;D

Aw bless him. I'm glad the perps (isn't that what they say in films) didn't return. The traps sound good - would the perps be garotted if they returned? Or perhaps you dug huge traps in the garden which were filled with crocodiles. And planted mines!!!!! Whatever, I'm glad the crims didn't return Trunkyjo.
Actually like you I had things to get on with (DON'T LAUGH!!!!!) and we are off to the dentist in a mo. No doubt it will be seen as abandoning ship, but it isn't like that - HONEST! ;D

Yes, I love him to bits , I must say Plocket you have a very vivid imagination I put lots of objects in front of the curtains (where they couldn't tbe seen from outside) so that if they did get through the door they would immediately fall over all the objects and make soooo much noise it would wake me up - i'm a very deep sleeper. Good luck at the dentist!!

I do Trunkyjo - I do!!! ;D
Sounds like good thinking. I don't actually need to set traps like that in our house, because the windowsills are already covered in stuff! If you need more ideas, I used to put a cardboard box immediately behind my back door (the lock wasn't exactly brilliant in my old house!) and pile all our empty glass bottles on top of it before they went to recycling. They'd have made a right old racket if anyone tried to get in, but luckily they didn't.
Now don't spend too much time digging the piranah infested moat before bedtime!!! Seriously though, I hope they don't try again.
Right I'm off to clean my teeth (Sleepy will probably think I'm leaving because of him though!!! ;D )
