Oh Sleepy it would be nice if she can remember. I have looked in my books and I cannot find anything. I planted the three under my Acer palmatum Butterfly and I must admit they have done well. Hey Alicat
I have googled and it certainly looks as though you have hit the nail on the head. Great - thanks a lot. I have been looking for 2 days now.
I must admit it really is a lovely "mulch" for pots and the roots stay small as well - I just hope that it copes with the winter.
Thanks again

As it says that they can be easily divided I have decided to plant another Acer with them - I really am taken by them.
The man at my GC knows that I want plants that are a little different - well he certainly chose well this time.
Thanks for the website as well - I have downloaded it.

Thanks Rosefriend and Alicat for bringing this plant to my attention. It looks lovely in the pot and would make a great change from gravel IMO. Must see if I can get some seeds!! PG

Hi PG
I bought 3 plants this year in May and they have spread to the whole of the pot - I think it is a lovely plant and so much nicer than mulch - gravel, bark or what have you.
Also very easy to tend to - water and I fed them with a slow working fertilizer - no problems and they look great under the variagated acer. As far as seeds are concerned - well I am sorry but I cannot help you there.

Hi Rosefriend
I have had a quick look for seeds this afternoon but no luck so far. I'll have to keep my eyes peeled for the plant itself. We have three acers in pots and I would love to underplant them with this.
