I made a list today of every plant I have... Camellia Japonica Adolphe Andersson Azalea- Macrostemon, Mothers Day, Orange Beauty and Rosa King Rhododendron Scarlet Wonder Pieris Little Heath Hebe- Heartbreaker, Valentino and Pascal Grasses- "Curly" and Ophiopogon planiscapus 'Nigrascens' Campanula Glomerata Superba (x6) Dahlia Figaro Mix (now x9) Tulip- Queen of the night (x5) and Swan wings (x4) Dahlietta- Anna, Lizzy and Margareth Weigelia Monet Rosemary Lavender- Kew Red, Nana Alba, Imperial Gem, Munstead, Little Lottie, Stoechas, Hidcote Pink and another I've acquired with no label Dianthus Raspberry Sundae (x2), Strawberries and Cream, Doris, Mrs Sinkins and another I can't remember Sweet William Festival Sundae Mix (x24) Ivy Golden and Silver Variegated (2 each) Mint- Spearmint, Peppermint, Chocolate Mint, Grapefruit, Lemon and Apple. Catmint and 2 miniature roses with no labels.
I've also got seeds growing of night scented stock and sweet pea patio mix and my veg.
Aaaaaaaaaaand I ordered the Buddliea Black Knight, Magnolia Susan, Mock Orange and Rhapsody In Blue from Parkers last night with another Azalea (Geisha Orange) as the free gift.
My boyf wasn't joking when he said it's getting like Bodnant Gardens out there...
I didn't realise I had so many until I made a list and there's still so many on my want list too...
Oh and I nearly forgot the 2 Honeysuckles I've planted in the front garden American Beauty.... and the other plants still at my Mum's but I think I've donated them now.

Well I've been trying to explain this to the OH but he just doesn't "get" gardening but he admires the results when the garden looks and smells nice so I guess there's some appreciation there somewhere!

I have just looked at my plants listing and I have a total of 235 different plants in my front and back garden that I have purchased and planted since we moved in 8 years ago. I have no idea how many plants there are in total as there are groups of three of the same, some groups of five and lots of single specimens. I still haven't filled the garden and have a list of 80+ different plants that I still want ;D It is certainly impossible to have too many plants

I still have a list of plants I "need" which is still an A4 sheet full and growing every day. I've just ticked off 8 items though so all's good!
