Mr G, Wots yer winter bin like? Ave yer bin below zero for prolonged periods. Its one of those HTs (shudder) sorry, that seems particularily susceptable (spell?)to the cold. (Chinese parentage.) I suspect it maybe root damage. Were they all in similar ground conditiond or could this one have been wetter than the others, this may have damaged the roots. Is there any evidence of physical damage by insects or animals? If we assume root damage then it will need time to recover. If you have any tomato feed try giving this as a one off energy boost, same strength as normal dosage about a gallon around base of plant. follow that a week or so later with Blood Fish and Bone with some Calcified Seaweed about a handful of each, again around the base.
Hope you don't mind me saying but its a strange colour (Salmon) have you planted them as part of a colour scheme/theme? According to my ref they could get to 6 ft if you let them.
Foz Sorry about accent at beginning, every now and again I long to be back in ammersmith! but it soon passes
