South Wales rescue group needs help

I know that I don't post here often, but since I'm in the US I tend to just read posts. Besides gardening I am acitve in the animal rescue world and I just received a notice about this South Wales organization from one of the groups I belong to called 'Animal Wish List'. Here's the post they made.

The animals we rescue need between £200 -£300 per week to cover vet bills, feed etc and our volenters cover most of the costs with small donations helping.

We have been desperately searching for a smallholding or farm where we can give the animals that are in, more space etc and raise more donations, with dog, horse, rabbit shows etc.

We now have a large organisation circling, they are waiting for us to fail to get more room so they can take the animals that are too old or have some health probs and put them to sleep (out of one of their employees lips. They will possibly put to sleep those just waiting for forever homes too.

We do have a place we could buy but the rescue is short of £30,000 deposit as we would have to take it on as a self certificated morgage and you are only then allowed 75%.

If anyone has any ideas we are now getting desperate to be able to rent a place or raise the money for the deposit. If someone would lend us the deposit at a fairly low rate of interest etc. Or ideally do you know of a farm/smallholding in south wales that we could rent.
