Hi all ... a couple of weeks ago I was given a bunch of flowers with some dogwood stems ... the dogwood is now starting to leaf up and looks very healthy. Any way of taking a couple of cuttings? ? ... cheers ...

Won't they just start to root if you keep the stems in water cc? Bet Andy knows the best way of doing this, where is he when you need him x Tig

Dogwoods are easy to root as softwood or semi ripe cuttings although harder from hardwoods.
Chuck em in and see what happens although i don't hold out much hope.
