This is aimed more at our non-UK members, but I have recently been given links to two USA TV gardening shows, both of which very generously allow for anyone to view programme clips online. BBC take note! Garden Smart and Gardening By The YardIt was very interesting to see the similarities but also the differences between these and what we are used to in the UK. I just wondered what other TV gardening shows our overseas members watch?

Hardly anything at all to be honest. We have one programme Heim und Garten (Home and Garden) which isn't too bad and that is once a month and there is another monthly one which I never watch as it is a waste of time and that is it.
There are specials once or twice a year from somewhere and they can be interesting but it is more about the gardens and not about plants.
BBC Prime has got Garden Challenge on again from a couple of years ago but I am afraid that I stay very envious of all the gardening programmes that can be seen in the UK.

Actually, tend to listen the the radio more .... but for some RTE Radio 1 (sort of like Radio 4) has been dumping its gardening programmes onto the classical music station, often at inconvenient times (something to do with 'minority interest', I think) ... cheers ...
