I've got a collection of about 20 odd pots with Boxwood that I've grown over the years from cuttings and am thinking about maybe trying to do some topiary with them. Nothing complicated mind just simple shapes Anyone tried it, got any tips etc This is a few of them

(I know a few 6 ft d*cks ) ANYway... just think balls Chuckles, I like balls. They look nice and sophisticated on the corners of your beds. (I'm not really sure if this conversation is getting any better but I hope you get my drift )

You could try for various geometric shapes (in pairs) Chuckles depending on the shape of the existing plants - you could have a couple of pyramids, cones, globes, squares, spirals, cylinders, or .. you could plant them in troughs and do miniature steam trains How much time have you got? x Tig

What wrong with trains? ?? Nuffink wrong with the odd train in the garden!! I'd really love them to be something a bit more risque though. Something you have to look at several times and from different angles.

;D you lot have got vivid imaginations. Mmmm a 6ft cock may be a bit tooooooo large for my garden Andy Yep fancy a few balls Amo, looking at some of the contenders I have they will be tennis balls, but I guess they will grow ;D Amazing pics Tig, the Sad, reflective is absolutely divine. Oh to have the garden for that to be on display What a selection RF, brilliant. Theres even a train for Amo Love the pig and the snail. First need to sort out all the plants and see what I've got, do some research on how you go about this sort of thing and find the time

I've got quite a few taxus which have grown from seed and are now a decent size, I would love to have a go at the Toadstools, and the Serpent

when we had the commonwealth games, the gardeners at heaton park trimmed some privets in pots into sportsmen, they are still there, for the public to view, you could have your own sports team with that lot ;D and i saw a lovely caterpillar once, that looked easy
