Thompson & Morgan (spit spit) has 50% off their seeds now. Is it wise to buy now for next year?
I was thinking of it. I have a box in one of the fridges I keep seeds in to help keep them fresh. Do you think it's better to wait for the fresh seed in the new year?

I am always buying them when they are on offer - they are usually good for at least another season, I don't think they would sell them if they expired this year Save a few bob Amo, you'll have more to spend on other goodies ;D x Tig

I was up early and have just spent the last 2 hours looking through the seeds........ooooh dear 2 pages full already of things I must have. I think I need to go back and see what perhaps isn't so desperately needed!!!
I bought T & M seeds last year in the Sale and the seeds were really good - I was quite amazed after hearing from here that T & M weren't too good at times. I would hate to give up T & M as we don't have much in the way of seed catalogue firms here and when I order from the UK the Porto makes it very expensive.

I have often kept an open packet going for 2 or 3 years by folding the foil packet tightly and sellotaping it. French and African marigolds seen to keep particularly well

I agree, no need for chilling.
