I take it we can now expect a whole raft of health and safety legislation from Broon and co designed to save us from being harmed in our own gardens...as well as Government inspectors being given permission to enter our gardens without permission to ensure we are complying.

I wouldn't worry about this at all. It's tragic that the poor man died, but it doesn't mean we are all going to keel over.

Not to worry As Jeremy Clarkson always says, re Health & Safety regs, as long as we are all wearing our Hi-vis jackets, hard hats, goggles, and steely-toecap boots, nothing bad can happen to us!! ;D
