Just received my free Lavendr plug plants from Gardeners World Magazine. The plants came from T and M Guernsey - 5 different varieties:
Stoeches Papillon Blue Star Fathead Munstead Little Bee Rose
All I paid was the postage and I didn't have to order anything. Has anybody else taken up this offer?

What were they like on arrival?
I've only had miniscule, half dead offerings from these things and never much bother with them.

The plug plants are fairly small but I gave them a good watering and planted them in a container straight away. They were sent first class by royal mail but I didn't find them until the evening sitting on the bonnet of our car!

I don't usually bother with these offers either, because of disappointments in the past. Plus, postage always seems rather high, so I reckon that they might not be 'free' after all. Good luck with your ones though PJ
