I am fed up of having dozens of pots of tulips which flop each year ( I can't put them in the ground as my soil is wet over winter and the bulbs rot ) This year I want to fill my 36,3litre pots with dwarf tulips and hopefully eradicate the flop problem - so far,so good. But.....from whom do I buy the bulbs? As the cost will be quite large (36x7ish bulbs ) I would like to know the names of some reliable suppliers ( preferably, but not necessarily on line). Any ideas folks, please

I've recently ordered some from Bloms and although they won't arrive until October I was very impressed by the service, and their display at Chelsea.

Sounds good.I'm impressed you were able to order now, most of the sites I've been on say "unavailable to order at present" and as I will be out of action for some weeks from Tuesday, I would like to get things in hand

I ordered a few weeks ago but some of the things on my list were unavailable. I hope you find what you want anyway. We'll miss you btw, and I'll be thinking of you

You could try 'Broadleighs' and 'Jacqes Amand' too. Though I got some little crackers from Parkers last year, and, of course, they were really cheap.

I buy regularly from Broadleigh Gardens. They're not cheap but they are reliable and really friendly. They've got some lovely dwarf bulbs.
