Is this a Weed? I let it grow because I wasn't sure what it was-- It is approx. 3ft in height Below a closer look-

Looks a bit like Cow Parsley, Biggles. Although it's not nearly tall enough.

Looks like Cow Parsley to me Biggs (My book says 2-4ft), but it also looks like Hemlock! (poisonous!) Whatever, I don't think you want it in your garden

Could also be Sweet cicily which is a rather nice herb. Does seed itself around though. Can tell as the crushed stem smells pleasantly, of aniseed.
