Courgette Cake

This one should make you smile !! Also given to me by a chum .. it's brilliant and even her kids love it!!!

Ingredients:

8oz caster sugar
8oz plain flour
1/4 tsp bicarb
2 tsps baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon

mix all dry ingredients together then add:

3 eggs
8 fl oz veg oil
8oz ish of grated courgette
2tsp vanilla essence
handful of sultanas

mix and plonk in tin bake at 180C ish for 40 minutes ish
