Has anyone grown these outdoors and have they overwintered outdoors? Any tips appreciated, I am growing these for the first time! Many thanks.  |

Hi Dierama - I had to have a google because I hadn't heard of this grass  I don't know where you live, but from what I have read the plant originates from a region of Argentina which doesn't get harsh winters, so I would think it might need some protection to get it through any frost. Perhaps a cloche with some straw Others may be able to give you some more information. Tig |

Hi Tig and Chuckles, thanks for your interest. I think I will try one overwinter in our frost free greenhouse and one outdoors in a mini polytunnel and see what happens. I will let you know the results next spring!
