Me......never!!! Just a misapprehension about teachers in general, just like the oft quoted misapprehension touted by my OH that "Primary school teachers speak to people as if they were talking to 5 year olds!!" ;D ;D

When I was younger, I either wanted to be a nanny or a secretary and ended up doing the latter, eventually.
My dream job would be to run a little plant nursery with lots of unusual plants with a little tea room, so that I could sell hot buttered, cheese and bacon scones and cakes etc.

Gosh this nursery is getting to be a real co-operative. At this rate we'll have more staff than customers, but, what the heck - bring it on!!!!! ;D ;D

I would love to have been a gardener but now I could not do the digging for long lengths of time due to bad hips. So have to settle for what I do now, but that is all about to change as we all had letters on friday saying that there are going to be redundancies. One branch is actually closing down so a bit grim. I wanted to be an underground train driver "mind the gap" and all that, then I wanted to be a proper train driver, now I want to be a lorry driver and instead I have spent my working life dodging from crap job to crap job and being miserable if I had known then what I know now I would have learnt to drive lorries years ago and never set foot in a bloody office except to pick up my paper work !!!!!!!!!!!

I've already said my dream job would be as a photographer but as a second choice, I'd quite enjoy the work of a food critic !

A Food Critic - well I am one anyway - always moaning and complaining in Restaurants ;D
I HATE it when they bring on the veggies and they have all been microwaved on one plate AT THE SAME TIME - <SCREAM>

I would love to have a meal with Gordan Ramsey - and take him to some of the restaurants round here - even those that had just won an award to see what he would say Microwaved veggies - such an insult to the veggies I always think - after someone has taken the time and trouble to grow them too It would be such fun to see his face -

I could get annoyed with him about it yes but notice it is just part of his language - dont think he even notices he is saying it - I often wonder what his kids think of it all

Actually, microwaved veggies are an insult to the customer. Grim and horrible if you ask me.
As a 3rd choice, I could quite enjoy being a football commentator.
