Does anyone know when is the best time to add manure? I've got some chicken manure that I have had stored for about a year and I am not sure whether to add it now or in Spring? Will all the nutirents leach out if I put it on now?

Depends on what soil you have.
If it's heavy it will be ok especially if you mix it with something bulkier as a winter mulch.
If you've light soil like me wait until spring, it will just disappear otherwise and it's a bit disheartening. I do do a winter mulch but save the best stuff for the spring.
