It's called the Bio-Optic Organized Knowledge device - BOOK device for short.
BOOK is a revolutionary breakthrough in technology; no wires, no electronic circuits, no batteries needed, nothing to be connected or assembled, doesn't have to be switched on or off. It's so easy to use even a child can use it.
Re-usable, compact, portable and safe, it can be used anywhere - even sitting in an armchair by the fire while sipping a cup of tea or a glass of your favourite wine or scotch, yet it is powerful enough to hold more information than a CD-ROM.
BOOK is constructed of sequentially numbered sheets of paper (recyclable) each capable of holding thousands of bits of information. The pages are locked together with one of two custom devices, a BINDER or DOUBLE STITCH BINDING, which keeps the sheets of paper in their correct sequence. Opaque Paper Technology (OPT) allows producers of the BOOK device to use both sides of the sheet, doubling the information capacity.
Users of the device scan each sheet with their built in bio-optic device called an EYE, registering the information directly to the brain through internal bio-instrumentation called OPTIC NERVES. A quick flick of the finger takes the user through the sequence of sheets.
BOOK never crashes nor require re-booting. The "Browse Function" allows instant movement to any sheet, forward or backward as the user may wish. More advanced models come with an INDEX feature that allows the user to pinpoint the exact location of any selected information for instant retrieval.
Portable, reusable, durable and affordable, BOOK is being hailed as a precursor to a new entertainment and educational wave. BOOK's appeal seems certain to attract consumers from all ages, sexes, races, cultures, nationalities, religious beliefs, political persuasions, and languages. BOOK is being hailed as the greatest technological breakthrough since the WHEEL.
