Hm those are indeed mystery plants Is number 3 scented? It somehow resembles Night scented stock. Or a phlox.
No 2 I think could be Arenaria balearica but the petals seem different
No 4 might be Ranunculus ficaria probably "Flore pleno"

2 and 3 are Phlox but which ones? No4 is either a Euryops or an Anthemis?

No 4 petals look right for anthemis rather than euryops, but the centres look a bit small to me

No 1 is defying all attempts at id. Annoying thing is that I have a name on the tip of my tongue for it, but...........

The clematis could be a montana type I suppose - it looks like one I've seen called Freda

I thought the clematis may be minuet but that flowers later in the year

Clematis montana Freda I will look up. We have C. Minuet and that is a later flowerer and has more white in the flower than this one. Ta.

Love those Iris you have OB, they really are amazing plants, such detail when you look at them. I thought I'd bookmarked a site link that was posted on here once over, it had an amazing selection of Iris and would have been great to try and ID some of the ones you have posted. I'll probably come across it at some point, unless anyone else recalls it

Thanks for the links. It is a very difficult thing to look through these sites and match a picture to a picture though, is it not?

I've looked through that Iris site I posted OB and couldn't see any of the Iris We don't seem to be doing very well with this 2nd batch of pics. Maybe we'll have more success with the next lot

Hope so. I must get round to making up a posting of some more. Very grateful though and at least I think the Narcissus is correct, so it is one off the anon list.
