A word of advice - the Weather Forecasters have said that temperatures could well go down to -9 degrees at night until and possibly including the weekend. It's a good idea to wrap bubble wrap and/or fleece around your outside tap so that it doesn't freeze and possibly cause a burst water pipe.

Good idea P, I usually put both hose pipe away too but forgot and they are both still hanging outside. I guess the damage may have been done to them by now I'll try them both when I get up the garden next. Last year a section that runs up the fence side got a split in it and was spraying everywhere when I put the tap on.
