Whilst we are in the grips of the cold weather we thought it would be nice to reflect this in the default smiley selection. So it'll be this  instead of this  for instance. Unfortunately this is a slightly longwinded process as each smiley has to be changed individually, and this has to be done for every skin and so some members will notice the changes before others. All the same we think it will in some small way help to brighten the day, and it makes a change from the same old smilies all the time.  PS: I should perhaps have added that the smileys have exactly the same descriptions as previously, which will be revealed if you mouse over them. They are also in the same order as the conventional default smileys. |

Ok, so far I have changed all of the regular skins from Default through to Blue2.
If anyone is still using the Christmas background skins, I will aim to change these a little later on.....before I go boggle eyed! ;D

Oh and I am feeling a little better thanks Juliet, but I'm still waiting to learn if I am getting better. |

As we are not exactly in blizzard conditions, we have decided to turn off the snowmen smileys and revert to the standard set. The snowmen will however remain on the Christmas themed skins if anyone is still using those. A Valentine themed set will be activated next month.  |

As anyone who has posted in the last few minutes will have noticed the first batch of Valentine's smileys is now available. This time around they are a secondary option rather than compulsory so you can either use them or not. i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd161/GWDAdmin1/Smilies/Default/grin.gif ;D Further Valentine's smileys will be added to the dropdown list in the next day or two. |

As it is St. Patrick's Day next Tuesday, the second line of default smileys has been changed to reflect that. The 'Love smileys' will return later in the week.  |
