Looks like a wallflower (Erysimum) to me Bagpuss but don't take my word for it.

Thanks RF/Andy. I wondered that, as the flower looks like that. It is the last thing to come up and flower from a packet of RSPB wild flower seeds.

They tend to get more sweetly scented when the sun gets on them. Did you know wallflowers are in the same family as cabbages, sprouts and other brassicas (cruciferae).
