This is absolutely fantastic. I also like his recipe for 4 hour slow roasted shoulder of lamb (Jamie at Home) www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/meat-recipes/bone-in-shoulder-roastReally good value joint of meat (mine was just over 1.5kg in weight, and was a blade and cost just over £4 from the butcher). I found it a really relaxing roast to cook, as I could potter about and get other things done.
