I made a chocolate cake yesterday, I have to tell you all it was the most delicious ever made, I got it from the BBCs home page.
Its by Mary Berry, and its called the definitive chocolate cake, if you only ever make one chocolate cake in your life make it this one.

This is a reasonable choc icing

1 block chocolate - I use Sainsburys Belgian
8oz Icing sugar
2 oz butter
5 tablespoons evaporated milk
few drops vanilla extract

Melt the chocolate and butter over a bowl of hot water beat in the essence,icing sugar and milk.

I love my greenhouses!
