Indeedy.At one point I didn't think we'd be in this position, precarious though it is  Perhaps as Root is now our top bowler, we could drop him down the order and bring in Dan Lawrence I Seriously,we really need to think long and hard about our bowling attack before the next test. Still......onward and upwards ( hopefully ) |

Grandson was at Lords nets with Indian team before lockdown and Bumrah was showing him how to bowl an 80mph yorker off 3 paces. Great bowler.

Definitely agree about Foakes. They seem unable to drop Bairstow although he hasn't done much. They're talking about him keeping again  and bringing in Brook for Foakes......big mistake! We should have batted better but at least we gave it a go....onward and upward |
