Anyone had any dealings with them. I ordered 6 pots of the small flowered petunias (each pot has 3 different coloured plant in each pot) at a cost of £21 inc P&P.
Got them yesterday and one of the pots has died....it didn't look too good when i unpacked it but im sure it will not recover now. On top of that, i didn't get the 5 free scented begonias i was promised.
I know it's only small things but if they did that to everyone, they'll make a packet.
Are the customer services ok to deal with ?

I ordered some 'free' veggie plants from them last year (just pay p+p) - 1 tomato, 1 courgette, 1 pepper, 1 pumpkin and 1 cucumber. They were quite well packed - they use the same system as Hayloft plants. However the stem of the courgette and cucumber were broken, the plastic box they were in had cut through the fleshy stems. I emailed them asking for another lot and another complete lot arrived - no more questions asked. The damaged courgette and cucumber survived after being planted deeper than the damage so I did quite well.

I've dealt with them before Andy and not had any problems. The person was nice, efficient, and replaced my problem plant.

Well i got a £5 voucher but im not very impressed with the overall quality of the plants. each 9cm pot was supposed to come with a blue, a red and a yellow callibrachoa in. Unfortunately, i've lost one of the plants in 3 different pots so it's really going to make things lop sided.
Customer services did get back to me but it'll be the last time i order any live plants from them !!!!

Always been good for me. Bit worried about your free scented begonias though - these would come separately, but mine arrived two months ago.....
