I have just taken in another cat (on Sunday). She is black and white and called Sasha. At the moment she is staying put behind the sofa coming out occasionnaly to eat and use the cat box. She seems very timid but when i settle into the living room to watch TV she comes out and rolls around on the rug and lets me ticke her tummy. Any tips for intergrating Sasha into the family and the other two cats Fred and LJ? or is just a question of leaving them all to it? Sasha came from an elderly gentleman who lived at the back of our house so she sort of knows my cats cos they go into her old garden. I think she ia going to be a bit of a challenge to help!

I'm sure she will settle herself in, in her own time BB. Cats seem to be extremely competent at getting a 'cushy' number sorted (well the ones that have tapped into my psyche over the years have : If you are allowed to tickle her tummy already you must be 'trusted' - just a matter of getting used to the other residents, and them getting used to her. x Tig

Give her time she will come around..How old is she? was she an indoor cat or outdoor? It is best to keep them separated for a period of time & let the others visit her a little at a time. Good luck..I love kittens & cats.. ;D ;D
