Beetroot

I'm hoping that I will have some more beetroot to lift from the lottie this weekend, and I think I might give this a try, once I have cooked it.

Now that does sound good BP. I've got some white beetroot in the garden and although OH doesn't eat it when I mentioned the other ingredients he thought it sounded good. Mmmm guess I'll be pulling some beetroot up then ;D

We sometimes have a few homemade chips or wedges with a salad and this would make a nice alternative, thanks BP
