All is not as it immediately appears NO since even members viewing the board before logging in also appear in the guest list as a result. This list also includes search engine 'bots' which help to maintain our prominent listing on the likes of Google etc.
That said, anyone else viewing GWD as a guest would be very welcome to register as only registered members may post and certain areas are off limits to guests.

I always click on "forever" when I do have to log back in for some reason, but tonight I had been logged off for no apparent reason Didn't like that . Felt rejected

Oh don't feel bad NO - Opera and Firefox are always logging me off. I don't understand why they do and IE doesn't

Whether or not you are logged out depends on whether/when you clear your cache/cookies. I do mine every day so have to log back in each day.
With Firefox it can delete your cookies as you close the browser. It just depends on your personal preference.

And if you run an antivirus scan ... that always decides to clear mine I used to scribble my passwords for different sites on bits of paper, but I've organised myself and now have a little book 'cos I can't remember them, and have had a panic attack in the past when I couldn't find one
