I've never noticed seed heads on my hostas before, until just now. I've picked them and put them in a safe place, not like my Peony Tree seed pod Just had a google and the first site I came across gave this info www.hostaplants.co.uk/hostas_from_seed.htm sounds a peice of cake doesn't it, has anyone tried them from seed. I quite like the sound of this " Growing hostas from seed can be real fun to bring on your own unique plant as every seedling will be different"

Well I've had Hostas for years Missy and this is the first time I've seen seed. I've got 5 pods, I'll see how they dry and if they produce lots of good seed I'll send you some to try if you like

Found the seed pods in the shed today Missy, all mouldy I could spit as I'd forgotten all about them.
