I've been called to have the flu jab by my GP. Just got me wondering how many folks on here get called to have it.

Well I'm not in the UK but my OH and I both get flu jabs each year and we both had a pneumonia jab 2/3 years ago as well.

Me and my OH have been called regularly for quite a few years now LG. If you have certain medical problems you get it as a precaution.

I had the pneumonia jab a few weeks ago, seems you only need it every 5 years or so. I'll make an appointment and book my flu jab I think. Might as well get it over and done with.

In our surgery there is a notice telling you who qualifies. You have to be over 65 or have certain medical conditions apparently ( I had plenty of time to read it while I was queueing for the pharmacy!!). So, no, I haven't been called, hooray!!
