I know the answer to this one...some small folk did just the same to our computer. ;D If you press Control and then + it makes the text bigger, control and - makes it smaller. Hope you had a lovely w/e

Yes there is Crtl + like Jas said or it's in View LG. Moz/Firefox has Zoom and IE has Zoom and Text Size. Very annoying when folk mess things up, they should put it back how they found it Soooooo many different ways of doing things ;D

Thanks Jasmine, had a lovely time. The house is so quiet now. That's helped with this individual page but the bar at the top with the different bookmarked sites is still small and my alerts still come up small if you know what I mean. I'm a real novice as far as computers are concerned.

Chuckles it's really annoying indeed. The toolbar where it says File Edit View etc....is still much smaller than they should be.

Oh no, I remember way back when I first started using a pc and that used to happen to me Jasmine. ;D I've had both little and big fingers tapping away. Thankfully it's all sorted now. It's amazing to see a child who's only 1and half years old tapping and holding onto the mouse.

Glad you got sorted LG, I've no idea how to change the size of the top tabs passwords Jasmine I used to try and keep them the same for most things but it's not always possible.

LG, it sounds to me like your 'guests' changed your screen resolution.
A higher resolution would make everything smaller, although the text size +/- option would still work.
You can either change that via Start>Control Panel>Personalization (In Windows Vista) or by right clicking on an open area of your Desktop and selecting Personalization. I think it's right click and Properties in XP.
Then just drag the slider within Display Settings to your preferred resolution.
There is no correct setting, it's just really what you're most comfortable with.
