We will do it this weekend, as we have friends coming over next Monday.
We used to leave it until after the 14th, as that is our eldest son's birthday. When he moved out, we put things up a bit earlier - he came round ....and was appalled!!! He went on about it, even when we pointed out that he no longer lived with us!!! We still let him think nothing happens until after his "big day" and he is 35, married, with 4 kids!! Once a baby....etc... ;D ;D
