Ruthie i have always been tempted to have one done of my furry baby but he doesnt look his best now. Painting animals and capturing there expresions is real hard so you have done very well.

Aw thanks everyone. I've come down to earth a bit now. My car's in the garage 'til Tuesday after breaking down on me last night. OH has done his back in and can hardly move. The GP's given him Diazepam (sp?) so he's a bit zonked too. I'm not insured to drive the van so am going to have to hire a car 'til tues as I've got so many things to do for Mum and for Christmas. Oh dear we do rely on ours cars don't we? Snowowl, I hope Charlie's keeping well even though he may not be the suave looking hunk he was!

Thanks Tig and Fa! And I have found that I can have a hire car for 48 hours free under my breakdown policy so that's something! Tig, I'll put some of my stuff on the art thread...always have been a show off!!

Thanks LG Amo and Blod! Next update is Mum's neighbour's daughter backed into my hire car (parked in mum's space) while she was backing out of next door's drive. If I hadn't stepped back she'd've hit me instead. It was dark and it is a bit of a b**gger to get out of there. If she'd just apologised I'd've been OK but, no, it was just inconvenient for her and she was actually quite rude to me. As a result I was a tiny bit rude to her.................................
