I just have to share this with you:

At 120 degrees in Australia, apparently it was so hot for a week that koalas were asking people for water. It's never been seen before.

One went to a house to try and hide from the heat and get a bit of shade. Here's what happened when the owner gave him something to drink:

Sorry Tig but I'm just laughing at the idea of ME getting my bum into a washing up bowl... ;D

I don't think they are rated as superior beings RF, and I gather they can be rather grumpy too. Surprising for an animal that just eats and sleeps!!!

Garden - nothing unless you happen to live in Australia, but it has to do with "Pictorial" and "Gallery" - coo I bet no-one reads the descriptors...there are times that I have to look twice.

On this zoo programme they were saying that they can be really nasty if they want to be....amazing really when you see how cuddly they are... The one that we saw had a baby...lovely - even my OH did an "ahhh"".
