One of my black goldfish in the pond hasnt been well for a few days,he rests on the plants at the water edge gasping for breath. Ive found this site and it recommends salt baths (I think its parasitic) so he has had one. Dont know if it will kill or cure. Anyone else know a fish cure? www.fishdoc.co.uk/treatments/salt.htm |

It did Dutchy. One salt bath and 2 days later hes a new fish  I was thinking of having one myself ;D |

It's weird how good salt is and saltwater fish can be helped with a fresh water bath, even weirder! Glad they are OK now, Steve.
