I noticed the amazing blossom in my next door neighbour's garden and know in a few days it will be past its best. My neighbour does no gardening at all but this tree looks wonderful and is hanging over my side of the garden. Photos taken as the sun was setting so you can see it glinting through the tree. Made me smile such a lovely Springlike photo - I saw one similar yesterday on my walk i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd161/GWDAdmin1/Smilies/Default/smiley.gif

That is lovely PJ - you've spurred me on to take some photos of mine, I nearly always miss it as we are assured a strong wind within days of it coming out and all I have left is pink confetti! x Tig

This is the first year we've had a peach tree and this is the first blossom we've had - just been out to tickle it with a paintbrush!

I can't wait to see how you get on with the peach Jas, hope it delivers for you. We must be due galeforce winds and howling rain as the double flowers on my mock cherry are opening, and usually within days the front garden is covered in pink 'confetti' x Tig

I agree they're both great but I like the abundance and the red bits on this one. I think everyone who has fruit trees is so lucky. Really lovely as well... RF
