Hi Guys, need some advice. My daughter and her partner live in a mid terrace house with a common grassed front and a concrete back yard. The wall around the yard is about 4 foot high and they would like a little more privacy when sitting out there during an evening. So the idea is to put a trellis around the top of the wall and have a plant to give some colour and privacy .. but ... as I said it's a concrete yard so it will have to do well in containers? You ideas would be most helpful. Thanks. Mowhay.

We are all probably stumped by this one Mowhay....everything that came into my mind was flawed by the fact that it would need re-potting at some point and the only way was probably to chop it back - sort of defeating the aim....or... you will have to have something that grows very quickly each spring...
Is is quite an area isn't it...wonder is something like Jasmine would be OK...or Clems..

Thanks RF, bought a clematis montana to see how it goes and thought if we had four then one in each corner might do, also sowed some canary creeper to see if it would grow enough in one year to give some cover, think the problem is the "container factor"?
