Shocking events in Cumbria this afternoon. My heart goes out to the families of all the victims. I've only seen one named locally so far but he was early 30's with a couple of children. What a dreadful thing to have to deal with.

12 dead 25 injured, god almighty what on earth would make some one snap like that, so sad for all concerned.
