I picked up some butter a few weeks ago in Wales from Tesco - it was labelled Tesco Welsh Butter and it was the best taste had for a long while with butter - was a tad salty so next time will look for the unsalted version

Years ago when my OH became ill we were told to use no fat, light this, light that and were fed up very quickly...
Our GP said to bin everything that had light, less fat etc on it and buy good butter, good cheese, good cut meats but to be sensible with it all...we did and we are, and we feel a great deal better..
