I always make a cake on a Sunday morning - hopefully to last me all week Got the sugar and butter in the food processor and shock horror NO EGGS i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd161/GWDAdmin1/Smilies/Default/shocked.gif After pondering for a minute as to what could I use in place of I spied my ready made custard in the fridge So I plopped a two-egg sized quantity in the mixture and hoped for the best Have to say it was Delicious ;D

She is Missy I didnt like to say anything I didnt go buy eggs cos I was not really fit to go out at that mo - no make up, hair in a pony tail, and wearing my long cook apron Would have had to get ready, get in the car and go to the Open-All-Hours - too lazy really ;D
