Isn't that amazing. They must need careful watering but what a good use of space.

How weird, like hanging baskets - without the baskets Very time consuming to keep watered, fed and cared for though! Thanks for sharing it Dutchy x Tig

They are amazing photos Dutchy, makes you wonder what someone will think of next really. An amazing concept though to grow plants in this way. The bee in the poppy had me laughing my head off, I reckon there were a couple of film clips put together in that, the poor bee seemed to be all over the place ;D

How very strange it looks like something you would do in a laboratory in outerspace. You can just see a greenhouse up there with all those hanging plants.

;D I am quite certain it started off as an art project and somehow the artist ended up as a string garden plants grower. He gets orders from around the globe.
At first his plant root balls were much more lumpy and I liked them that way. This is a bit too orderly. The grass growing on the root ball is what keeps the moisture in.
Yes whacky and I can't wait to see what other mad concept he comes up with.
And go on Jenny you know you want to give it a try after those plastic boxballs you hanged in your garden ;D

I've never seen anything like it in my life. Amazing. Those plants on their own do make pretty pictures.

Can just picture someone trying to feed the plants by pushing chicken manure pellets in to any gaps they see. ;D
