For Comic Relief's Red Nose Day I have prepared a jar stuffed with sweeties. I am charging my colleagues 50p a go to guess the number of sweeties in the jar. The person guessing correctly (or nearest to it) will get the jar and contents. I can't offer you the prize ;D but I thought that it might be fun if you all had a go too....so go on...just for fun...how many sweeties are in this jar? I will reveal the actual number on March 18th pm.   |

The actual number of sweeties was 454
Today we managed to raise £400.82p (and we still have money coming in.....) not bad. We ran a cake stall...did the sweeties in the jar...sold my jade tree cuttings, did the usual red nose day fundraising poster. I ran the cake stall selling little cakes that I and my generous colleagues made and donated. Set up in the foyer in pathology and we had loads of people visit. I'm now absolutely worn out.....
