Just making this.
Some sort of chocolate cake....choc brownies, choc swiss roll etc broken up
tin of stoneless cherries in juice...preferably Kirsch. Kirch can be added too.
let choc cakes soak up the cherry juice and/or kirsch for 10 mins and add the tin of cherries
Add a made up strawberry jelly mix...i add 3/4 litre of water instead of 1 litre and pour over the cakes and put in fridge.
When set, heat some chocolate custard in a pan until just warm and add some grated cooking chocolate and stir in until it starts to melt.
Put in fridge to firm up
Add whipped cream
Decorate with cherries and grated chocolate.
You can cut out the custard bit and use chocolate angel delight without the melted bits.
